Our delivery and shipping services are one of the best and we try to incorporate every small detail that we can so that our customers are satisfied and content with our services.

For items that require installation, we have a dedicated team of professionals who deliver and install these products.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
  • What is the general estimated time of delivery?

The items will be delivered between 2 to 3 working days, depending on the number of orders we receive every day. You can track the status of your delivery by visiting “Go to the Orders” section under “My Account” or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email.

  • If I did not like the item I purchased, and I want to return it. How do I arrange for an order pickup?

  • What if I miss a delivery?

We will contact you again thru call/ SMS/ WhatsApp on business and reschedule the delivery.

  • Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

No. It is not allowed.

  • What about the Orders held/delayed?

Deliveries are subjected to delays if the information is incomplete/incorrect. Orders may also be placed on hold if the bank raises concern for authentication of the transaction.

  • When can YKA cancel my order

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

  • When can YKA cancel my order

Instances that may result in your order being canceled include but not limited to item non-availability, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit & fraud avoidance department, and the cases where we find that the Customer is manipulating the account to place multiple orders.

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account and in no condition any cash disbursement will be made. YKA has the full right to decide whether to process an order or not and the order shall be deemed to be accepted by YKA only once it has been delivered to the Customer. YKA reserves the right to cancel an order any time before delivery, and the Customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by YKA and accept YKA decision regarding the cancellation.
